We are located in San San, the exclusive neighbourhood of Port Antonio, surrounded by green jungle and turquoise water, we are 5 min walk from the public beach, and 10 min walk from Frenchman's Cove.

Our two villas on the premises have 5 rooms each. The common areas of both villas include a kitchen, living room, dining area, and terrace with a sea view. We have a chef on the property for breakfast, dinners, and drinks. Guests have free access to the Swimming Pool, gym with table tennis, and free secured parking. The garden around the villa, with fruit trees and coconut palms.

The front villa has one master bedroom, three kingsize bedrooms, and one queen bedroom. The back villa has one master bedroom, two king-size bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a family room with a double and a single bed.

Our staff is always on the premises, and we are happy to help you with everything you might need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We have contact with tour guides, and transport services, so we can help you to find the best way to reach the places you want to go to. The neighbourhood San San is a quiet stretch of the North-East Coast of Jamaica, only about seven miles from the historic town of Port Antonio. San San is home to the fabulous white sand beach and the first all-inclusive resort in the world: Frenchmans Cove, the luxurious San San villas, and the world-famous Blue Lagoon. Just down the road, you can find the community of Drapers, with a little supermarket, bars, shops, and some restaurants for your everyday needs. Port Antonio, and especially San San is close to the main attractions, like the world-famous Blue Lagoon, Frenchman's Cove, Boston Beach, Winnifred beach, Long Bay Beach, Reach Falls, and Somerset Falls, Rafting on the Rio Grande. Water sports activities like scuba diving, sailing, kayaking and more are available in the area. Hiking in the Blue Mountains can be arranged from Port Antonio too.
